What an exciting event the 2017 Paris Roubaix was!. Fast and furious, incredible speed and a deserved winner in Greg van Avermaet . “The queen of classics” is a formidable and exciting race, considered by many to be the best one day classic cycling race to watch. VIP access and hospitality for the 2018 Paris – Roubaix is now available.
You will see the start of the ‘Hell of the North’ in Compiegne followed by a viewing point en-route plus the finish in the Roubaix Velodrome or you can choose just the finish hospitality at the Velodrome.

Paris – Roubaix; ‘the Hell of the North’ with all its cobbled sections is one of the most iconic bike races on the cycling calendar. The race starts in Compiegne and after a fairly uneventful first section, the ‘secteurs paves’ come hard and fast. In recent years the racing has been mega-fast due to the fine weather conditions but that’s not to say that 2018 is going to be the same.

The 2017 edition of Paris-Roubaix....
Greg van Avermaet won the race which he claims is not even his favourite. It maybe now as it is one of the biggest wins of his career. He entered the velodrome in Roubaix with Dutchman Sebastian Langeveld and Szdenek Stybar of Czech republic and those 3 sprinted for the finish line. The weather was stunning and a tailwind made for a really fast race.

Apart from booking your 4 star hotel in Roubaix with us, we can also offer you exclusive hospitality at the stage start and stage finish in Compiegne and Roubaix respectively. Couple all this with a hotel in Roubaix, not far from the Roubaix Velodrome and you have a brilliant weekend watching the 76th edition of the ‘Queen of the Classics’ the 2018 Paris-Roubaix.

Paris – Roubaix hospitality areas:
After a very successful trip to Paris Roubaix in 2016, we are offering VIP access and hospitality experiences for the Paris Roubaix 2017 cycling race. Hotel accommodation for your choice of 1, 2 or 3 nights is also available at a 4 star hotel in Roubaix. Enjoy the 2017 Paris – Roubaix including its finale at the Roubaix Velodrome from the comfort of the hospitality area. This is a great day of watching one of cycling’s iconic cycling races. From the Start in Compiegne to the Finish at the Roubaix velodrome, you will be at the heart of the drama and enjoy this «cycling monument » in an unparalleled environment.

We can offer you 2 different options:

  1. ‘Start to finish’ experience (transport excluded)
  2. Roubaix Classics Club (at the Roubaix Velodrome)

The start and finish hospitality area – ‘Start to Finish’ – Price – £525 per person:
The start in Compiegne from 08h00 to 11h00....
At the start in Compiègne you will have breakfast at the VIP lounge followed with exclusive access to the pro cyclist signing-in area, the teams warm-up paddock areas and the fictive start of the race. Once the riders are on their way, you have a vehicle accreditation which allows you to drive on the (off race) roads to ease your various stops on the race. 1 vehicle accreditation per 3 pax.

The finish from 14h30 to 18h00 at the Roubaix Velodrome VIP area....
After you have parked your car at the official parking, you will take your place in the VIP area inside the Roubaix Veldrome to await the arrival of the riders. You will have unlimited access to the open bar and a selection of hors d’oeuvres will be served. Live coverage of the race on TV screens will be available inside the VIP area. You will also receive a copy of the official 2017 Paris-Roubaix road book.

‘The Roubaix Classics Club’ – Price – £275 per person:
The Roubaix Classics Club is located right on the finish line inside the Roubaix Velodrome and is open from 14h30 until 18h00. Your ticket will include a parking accreditation for the nearby official car parking. Whilst at the venue, you will be able to follow the race on giant TV screens whilst enjoying an open bar and light snacks.

The Paris-Roubaix Challenge and Pro race:
If you are a cyclist and you would like to ride the Paris Roubaix Challenge sportive before watching the professionals tackle the same course the day after then our longer Paris – Roubaix Challenge and Pro race ride and watch weekend is for you.

The Hotel - Available to book for 1 or 2 nights if required:

Situated in the very heart of Roubaix, a 15 minute drive from Lille itself, the Mercure Lille Roubaix Grand Hôtel is an Art Deco style building with archetypal mouldings, columns and glass work. This stylish and charming hotel is just 500m from the TGV station and just a few metres from the Metro station.
All of the rooms have a contemporary feel, exuding well-being and tranquillity. After a long day, come and relax in the sauna.

Your stay here will include breakfast.

Planned itinerary:

Saturday 7th of April:
There are various ways to get to Roubaix today. Fly in and out of Brussels International Airport or Charleroi/Brussels South or you can take the Eurostar and arrive at Lille Eurostar station or you can arrive by car. Our hotel is the Mercure Lille Roubaix is near to the finish of the 2018 Paris-Roubaix at the Roubaix Velodrome at just 3.6km from the hotel.

Sunday 8th of April (2018 Paris-Roubaix Day):
If you’ve booked the Start to Finish hospitality, we will take you by minibus from Roubaix to Compiegne for a full day at the races from start to finish.
If you’ve booked hospitality at the finish, you can either walk across from the hotel, or use your vehicle accreditation to park close to the Velodrome.
We suggest that you book an additional night at the hotel Mercure in Roubaix tonight and depart tomorrow.

Monday 9th of April – Departure day:
After breakfast, please check out of the hotel.

Single travellers and twin to share:
We welcome single travellers on our tours and holidays as it is a great way to join a like-minded group of people and you will make lots of new friends. If you would like to join our group as a single traveller we can offer you two options.
A single room or if you want to avoid the single supplement then you can make use of our ‘twin to share’ option. We will pair you up with another rider (of the same sex) and you can enjoy the event without having to pay extra.
